We charge shipping at actual rates depending on the choice of service you request.

How long will it take to have a custom logo or monogrammed hat made?
Usually about 5-7 days depending on the time of year.
What do you charge for X-Large hats? How long will it take to be made?
X-large hats will cost an additional $1.00 over the cost of our regular hats. They will take about two weeks to complete.
What is your warranty?
We take pride in the quality of our knit hats. Each hat is individually inspected. We guarantee that all of our products will be free from any manufacturers’ defects. Please refer to the care instructions for proper care and handling of your wool knit hats.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns on most hats for any reason. Custom hats require prior approval before returning them. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vermont Originals hat. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date. The items must be unused to receive credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs relating to returned merchandise, including initial delivery and return delivery where applicable.
